New sales guidelines and recommendations for suppliers in zentrada.network

zentrada is a transaction platform with performance-based compensation in order to finance the network and its efforts.
The following new advertising and offer guidelines get into effect to ensure successful transaction processing and fair cooperation and provisioning of zentrada.

Basically, we ask you as the supplier to do everything necessary to promote your products for sale on zentrada properly and not to try to work around the tradesafe order processing system.

Offers and suppliers with poor success factors or values (PF-index or description) are listed automatically subordinated or will be actively prevented. Suppliers that do not agree or act on a fait partnership bases will be excluded.

The basic sales and offering guidelines

1. Describe your offers in a way that they can be ordered. All assets, restrictions, values and options should be properely descriped to avoid the need of further inquiries prior to be ordered.

2. Do not promote your company, your online shop, website, or contact details within your offer descriptions or our buyer chat functions.

3. offer on zentrada at least the same or even better prices than in your standard catalog or website. We do not accept disadvantages to our members and buyers that even may attract them to order directly.

4. Answer tradesafe inquiries as quick as possible to meet buyers expectations, even in case you were running out of products and have to denie the request. 

FreeD! Obligation of Participation (home market) and options

"FreeD! - Free Shipping" from minimum order value is mandatory in the home market (country) for appropriately marked FreeD! -members (chargeable).
In case of special assortment and delivery costs structures, please apply for a change or exemption at your zentrada-supplier service.
In return you get credited from zentrada the delivery cost subsidy, as intended in the establishment table, within the weekly revenue and fee settlement.

All further country settings and options can be voluntarily chosen and deselected, with the corresponding subsidy tables.
The implementation obligation exists only for current transactions. In the case of inquiries with delivery addresses in special areas, such as islands and mountains, or inquiries for bulky goods you are free to enter "shipping costs surcharges" as additional article in the quotation.
In principle, the FreeD! subsidies and conditions can be changed after notification on the part of zentrada.
 

Important recommendations and success factors you should know:


Short offer description and titles are very important and shown in the salesroom and shop for preview and full-text search. The short description is extremely important and should contain all relevant facts in a structured form to be ordered and all relevant keywords to be found in our search engines. It is possible now to use basic HTML commands like STRONG and BR.

Alls listings of offers are strongly influenced by the internal performance index (PF index). The perfromance index represents the atrractivness of an offer and its description to the zentrada buyers.
The zentrada systems support automatically successful products and offers that are prepared to have success.

The regular rank update in the future is not longer necessary and useful.

Just make sure to have your offers well described, invest in good pictures, good prices and a correct category assignment. Wrong and bad assignments are not longer corrected by zentrada, but will lead automatically to insufficient attention by the zentrada buyers and destroy your good PerformaceIndex (PF-Index).

Do not delete Offers – unless it`s really necessary ...

With deletion of an article you lose the history and values in the marketing chancels of zentrada. All shopping cart memories, listings in the recommendation newsletters and buyers worlds same as the possibility to Re-order this product will get lost.
We recommend to delete offers only when you delist a product for a longer time. Otherwise it`s no problem to simple deactivate an offer for a short or longer time.

Special restrictions and regulations for offers

Offers in the sectors finance, gaming, multi-level marketing, credit cards, mobile phone contracts and cards, various source lists (domestic addresses), dubious business ideas, affiliate programs and website recommendations are not accepted on the zentrada marketplaces.


Offers whose content compete with the interests of the publisher and zentrada, for example recommendations for other "Online marketplaces" are excluded.
 

Restriction for offers with a sexual background

Offering pornographic products (DVD, etc. ..) is prohibited. Product offers with a sexual background are, as long not harmful to minors, approved only in the productroups "erotic accessories" as a gift and "Adult clothing" as textiles.

In all pictures also from offers in the categories clothing, underwear and lingerie it is prohibited to show uncovered genitals or nipples.
The relevant offers will be deleted. In case of repeated violations, the exclusion of the supplier is possible.


Exclusion from trade via zentrada for tobacco and e-cigarettes

Due to different legal requirements in the EU countries and by mandatory specifications of large American credit card companies in payment processing, we have to prohibit the free trade of tobacco, e-cigarettes and flavours in the zentrada.network from April 1, 2016, also in order to protect suppliers and buyers. Respective product offers will be automatically blocked without a separate notification.
